One of the big differences in what I offered in 2010 versus now is the quality of the prints themselves. This was important because these pieces are meant to be handed down from generation to generation, as multi-generational practices are quite common in the chiropractic and medical fields alike. So I wanted to produce something that would last.
THE PAPER
Starting with the paper: I use archival fine art paper, which is museum quality. My two favorites are Hahnemuhle Photo Rag Bright and Hahnemuhle German Etching. The former is a 100% cotton paper with a smooth surface texture. It meets the highest industry standards for density, color gamut, color gradation and image sharpness. The latter is a heavy weight paper with a distinct textured surface. It has the touch and feel of genuine art paper and is one of the most popular media world wide for artwork and photography. Both of these archival papers are longevity rated at 70-100+ years.
My favorite finishing feature that I now offer is a “deckled” edge. This gives the print the look of being hand torn and is best exhibited by a museum float frame.

FRAMING
This brings me to my last topic: framing. Yes, I do ship framed prints! When you are ready to place an order, your framing options will be described, but basically there are 4 color options (black, white, grey, and maple). All matting is white, and museum float frames are also available. All framed artwork comes with hardware and a mounting kit.
Please note, original works do not come framed and there may be additional shipping charges based on weight.
